Big picture

Dear multilingual Lake Bluff families,

If you would to see this newsletter TRANSLATED, please scroll down to the BOTTOM of the letter. You will see a TRANSLATE button.

I want to reach out and make sure we are all staying connected during this school closure and to begin to offer resources to families. Look below for information about COVID-19, some information about what to expect from school in the coming weeks, and an important survey that we ask that ALL families complete immediately if they have not already.

You are all in my heart, and I cannot wait to see you and all of our students again.

Take care of yourselves,

Jennifer Conigliaro

IMPORTANT: Please Take This Survey!

If you have not already, please take this survey about the electronic devices (iPad/tablet or computer) you have in your home. Your school wants to make sure your child can keep working at home. We CAN provide your child with electronic devices for use while school is closed. You WILL be receiving more information soon about how your child can keep working with their teachers and learning while school is closed, and your child will need a device.

Please take as soon as possible: LINK TO SURVEY

The survey is in English. If you cannot complete the survey, contact me immediately if you do NOT have a device for your child to work on! Email Jennifer Conigliaro at jconigliaro@shorewood.k12.wi.us

FREE SCHOOL BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

Starting yesterday, March 16th, ANYONE who is age 18 or younger (whether they are a Shorewood resident or not & regardless of income level) is eligible to pick up both breakfast and lunch together on weekdays between 8am-12 pm in the Shorewood High School Arena Lobby.

We have worked closely with our food service vendor, Aramark, to make sure that this is available to ALL children. People receiving the meals must be present to comply with our state and federal guidelines. Therefore, delivery of meals to people not present at the pick up site is not possible. If our school closures are extended, we will provide meals throughout the extent of our school closures.
