Here are a few helpful nuggets of information for you during our extended closure:
During the coronavirus pandemic, LiveHealth online visits are encouraged!
What Is LiveHealth Online?
Easy, fast doctor visits all from the comfort of your own computer or mobile device.
Talk to a doctor today, tonight, anytime — 365 days a year.
Do Charges Apply?
NO... Due to Coronavirus concerns, copays for LiveHealth Online are being waived
through June 14th EVEN if someone is enrolled in an HSA plan.
Who Can Use LiveHealth Online?
If you are a member of the CSD Insurance Trust and get your health benefits through
your school district, you are eligible. If you are not an Anthem member you cannot use
LiveHealth Online.
How?
Enroll at: livehealthonline.com or on the free mobile app.

Checking Phone Remotely
For buildings on the Avaya system (Administrative Center, Barfield EC, Boone Trail, Crossroads, Duello, Frontier, Green Tree, Heritage, Liberty, Mind Development, Prairie View, Stone Creek, South Middle and Wabash) here are your instructions:
- Call your main line
- During the recorded greeting, enter your extension
- When you hear your recorded message, press #
- You will hear directions to access your mailbox (press *7)
- Enter your extension, followed by #
- Enter your password, followed by #
- To access messages, press 2
- To listen to messages, press 0
For buildings on the Nortel phone system (Berrey-Place, Discovery Ridge, Harris, Holt, Lakeview, Pearce Hall, Peine Ridge, Support Services, Timberland, Transportation, and Wentzville Middle) follow these instructions:
- Call the main line
- When you hear the recorded message, enter your extension number.
- Wait to be sent to your voicemail and when you hear your recording press * twice.
- At the prompt, enter your mailbox number and password back to back then press #
- You should be in, so follow the prompts to check/save/delete messages
*Please note on the Nortel system some staff (mostly teachers) have a different mailbox number to your extension number. This was set up to prevent parents from ringing directly into the classroom during lessons. If you do not know your mailbox or password, please email helpdesk@wsdr4.org to create a work order and include your name, extension number, and the building that you work at and someone will follow up with you.
