Weekly Assignments - Gr 8
March 23 - 27, 2020
Important Reminders
Carson Registration
Canvas message include instructions from Mrs. Howard.
Be aware - there are some classes that are not encouraged as freshman because of requirements later in your high school years. For example, we usually DISCOURAGE a foreign language because if you plan to go to a four year college or university, this is a requirement. You will have to take an entrance exam to earn credits there. If you WAIT until your junior or senior years to take a foreign language, you will have more practice and therefore are more likely to do well on that exam. That will save you time and money. If you take it as a freshman, you are likely to forget all you learned prior to college entrance exams.
PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH TEACHERS!!
