Multiplication Timed Tests and Ice Cream:
I am challenging my students to MASTER their multiplication math facts. And what better way to learn math facts than by earning yummy ice cream and toppings with each passed test?!?! For each section that students master, they will receive an item to add to their ice cream sundae. This includes their bowl, spoon, napkin, sprinkles, ice cream, syrup, and more. The sundae party will be announced at a later date; however, students can gear up for it by practicing their math facts and passing those tests. We will be working on 0s through 12s. The tests will include 20 problems, and students will have 2 minutes to solve them. Tests will be given every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday beginning on Wednesday, March 30th. Students can log into Math Facts in a Flash through our school website, use xtramath.org, use free apps on a mobile device, or use flashcards to help them practice. Let's work to master those math facts!
