Bell Middle School: Health Updates
Important news and reminders
Please keep your student home when ill
We have seen an increase in students at school with COVID symptoms. As a reminder, any student with COVID symptoms (fever/chills, cough, runny/stuffy nose, sore throat, headache, muscle/body aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and/or new loss of taste/smell) should not come to school to prevent the spread of illness on campus. Please call your student out ill (attendance or health office) and you will be advised of their safe return date. Reminder: Per San Diego County guidelines, students out ill or sent home ill are excluded from campus for 10 days unless a negative COVID test is provided and symptoms are improved.

COVID testing on campus every Wednesday
We have COVID testing on campus every Wednesday for students whose parents have opted in. Please follow the link below and choose to opt in or opt out of this testing. If you opt "in" there is a second consent to sign in order for your student to be fully signed up. It is important for us to have responses from all Bell students on campus. Thank you.
Masks required indoors and outdoors on campus
Please remind your children that masks must be worn both indoors and outdoors while at school unless eating.
