Fitness HIIT Plus - Class #S18305 - This class starts with 20 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a highly effective and efficient workout in which you perform short bursts of high intensity exercises and follow with brief recovery periods. The second half of class will include bag work, circuit training and dumbbell weight training for an extremely well-rounded and fun fitness program.
Core de Force - Class #S18306 - This MMA inspired, total body workout from the Beachbody series uses core conditioning combinations, body weight moves, and cardio spikes to harness the power of your core and have you feeling totally empowered. This class also includes a variety of conditioning exercises to include bag work, circuit training and dumbbell weight training for an extremely well-rounded and fitness program.
Adult Akido - Class #S18307 - Aikido is a comprehensive martial art system that focuses on using your opponent’s strength against them. This is achieved through joint locks, pins, throws and submission holds with the aim of being able to defend yourself without causing any permanent injury to your attacker. Students will learn to defend themselves, develop focus, improve coordination and build self-discipline.
