Live a healthier life!
- Alternate 1 minute run to 1 minute walk for 10 minutes
- Swim at a slow pace for 10 minutes
- 10 pushups and 10 crunches, 2 sets. 1 min rest in between sets
- Bench and squat body weight to low weight 5 reps, 3 sets. 1 min rest in between sets
ONE exercise per day Monday-Thursday, do not repeat exercise in a week.
Remember that your rest is just as important as your workout, and NEVER workout alone. Always workout with a partner.
Running is fun!
Never run in the dark unless you have a light. Stretch before you run. Stretch after you run.
Swimming makes you fit!
Remember your goggles. Make sure a life guard is present.
Stay strong, live long!
Start with little weight and work your way up. Always have a spotter.
