Workout plan

If you want to lose a few pounds and be fit here is what you need to do! You will need to warm up before completing any of these exercises to reduce risk of injury! Also it is important that you stretch before and after completing your exercises.

  1. Alternate 1 minute run to 1 minute walk for 10 minutes
  2. Swim at a slow pace for 10 minutes
  3. 10 pushups and 10 crunches, 2 sets. 1 min rest in between sets
  4. Bench and squat body weight to low weight 5 reps, 3 sets. 1 min rest in between sets

ONE exercise per day Monday-Thursday, do not repeat exercise in a week.

Remember that your rest is just as important as your workout, and NEVER workout alone. Always workout with a partner.
