NEW REGULATIONS - ALL STUDENTS - Immunisation History Statement
Due to new regulations under the Public Health Act 2016 (WA), ALL parents/guardians of a child are now required to give the immunisation status of the child as recorded on the child’s current immunisation certificate to the school. The only acceptable documentation for this purpose is the child’s Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).
Please see below how to access an AIR Immunisation History Statement :
A child’s current AIR Immunisation History Statement can be accessed at any time by the parent/guardian through:
* MyGov, by logging in to their Medicare online account
* Medicare Express Plus App, by logging in to the Medicare account
* Visiting a Medicare or Centrelink office, or
* Calling the AIR General Enquiries Line on 1800 653 809 for the Statement to be posted
Families who do not hold a Medicare card are advised to call the AIR on 1800 653 809 to request an Immunisation History Statement. Parents are automatically sent an AIR Immunisation History Statement when their child turns 18 months of age and again at five years of age or after their child has completed the four year old vaccination schedule, whichever comes first.
When your child completes their 4 year old vaccination, it is a requirement that you provide the School Office with an updated AIR Statement.

GENERAL NOTICES
2019 Pipeline Challenge.
Dear Fellow Holy Rosary families,
Myself, fellow Holy Rosary dad Geoff Puzon, and two of our friends are embarking on an adventure. The 4 of us have banded together to put our cycling skills to good use and participate in the 2019 Pipeline Challenge. This is a 5 day off road cycling trip from Kalgoorlie to Perth (600km) along the Golden Pipeline. While the ride will be a great experience, more importantly we are raising funds for Youth Futures to combat youth homelessness. We have set a target of $4000 dollars to raise for our Team and 100% of the funds we raise will go to Youth Futures Homelessness, Training & Education and Support programs. We are reaching out to the Holy Rosary community to help us in our effort to help the broader WA community. Any donation will be greatly welcomed and much appreciated. The link for our donation page is below. Thanks in advance for your generosity.
Thanks for your support,
Steve and Geoff
