Textual Evidence Examples
Example #1 is from the dialectical journal we created based on Patricia McCormick's Never Fall Down. This shows two examples of taking direct text from a book and annotating it. These textual evidences are appropriate to answering the main question of the dialectical journal and they are supported by appropriate commentary. It shows that the MLA citation includes the authors last name and page number in the parentheses.
Example #2 is from our PK project script. It is from a slide that was based explicitly on examples of rape from Never Fall Down. It has multiple examples of textual evidence that support the argument of my PK video, and they have proper MLA citations.
