Fiora's

Thursday, May 16th 2013 at 10am-4:30pm

Fiora's, South 3rd Street, Geneva, IL

Geneva, IL

Fiora’s is unique and special, named after the owner’s daughter. This European-influenced American restaurant is nestled in the middle of beautiful Geneva, IL. The cuisine matches the ambiance. Executive Chef Aaron Wendinger has the flair and experience to create excellent dishes. Try one of the special American Artisan Cheeses, this is not an “ordinary cheese platter”, it is a selection of Farmstead Cheese. Some suggestions are the St. Mary’s “Grass Fed” Gouda (Wisconsin) or the Pointed Reyes Original Farmstead Blue (California) mixed with apricots and figs marinated in brandy, with toasted pecans, crostini and quince jelly. As a “pre-appetizer” this is a perfect dish. A large variety of entrée salads and specialty sandwiches complete the lunch menu. Prices range from $7.95 to $12.95.
