READ ACROSS SOUTH CAROLINA ART CONTEST
The SCEA is again sponsoring an art contest for students across the great state of South Carolina.
Our Read Across South Carolina Art Contest is designed to promote literacy and art across South Carolina. In doing so, the contest provides recognition to individual students, publicity for their teachers and schools, visibility of education-based organizations like The South Carolina Education Association and advances opportunities to raise awareness about art and literacy.
Eligible K-12 students must be enrolled in a South Carolina public school district. Entry is free and limited to one per student. Artwork will be judged by age group in five categories: Grades K-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12, and Photography/Digital.
The deadline is November 17.
