Bank O Ireland Carlow
Bank Of Ireland Supporting Carlow County
Pictured above are some of the staff from Bank of Ireland’s Carlow town branch, a long-standing institution in Carlow, having a presence in the town since 1834. Bank Of Ireland is a significant employer in the County with over fifty staff, 90% of whom live in the county and employs a further nineteen staff spread across its branches in Tullow, Bagenalstown and Borris.
The bank is strongly committed to businesses in Carlow, with the town branch being one of its biggest business banking units in the country, looking after customers for all of Carlow, South Kildare and West Wicklow areas. The bank will be hosting its biannual National Enterprise Week from 17th – 24th May, so be sure to visit your local branch to see what activity will be going on in your area.
Nationally, Bank of Ireland lent over €3.66bn in new lending to SMEs in 2012 and is committed to reaching a lending target of over €4bn to lend in 2013. Hopefully Carlow businesses will be strongly represented!
If you would like anymore information on the events we are running in Carlow for National Enterprise Week or how you can promote your business in our branches during this week, please contact Derek Shannon, Branch Manager Carlow on derek.shannon@boi.com
