Mrs. LeJeune

3rd Grade

Education & Experience

My name is Katina LeJeune. I am very excited to begin my 21st year of teaching and my 11th year here at Brock ISD. I graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville where I received my Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in Reading and Math. I began my teaching career in Godley ISD in 1999 until 2002 and then spent the next seven years in Crowley ISD. I have 18 years experience in 4th grade and two years in 5th grade. I am super proud to be a BROCK EAGLE!

My Family

My husband, John, and I will celebrate our 23rd anniversary in November. John is a Nuclear Engineer that sells Radiation Detection equipment (aka NERD as we like to call him!) and is self-employed. We have two sons that graduated from Brock High School and are college students. JT (21) lives in Denton with his dog, Boss, and attends UNT. Josh (19) lives in Stillwater, Oklahoma and attends Oklahoma State.

As a family, we enjoy traveling, watching sports and experiencing new things. In 2008, after visiting the original Yankee Stadium, we made it a family mission to visit all 30 MLB ballparks. This summer we completed that journey. We visited our last 7 parks in 8 days.

We have two dogs, Judah & Porsche and two outside cats, Carmel & Coco. I also have a granddog, Boss.
