What is a stressor?

A stressor is an event that causes stress. For example A major life change, divorce and a break up.

There are 3 stages of stress

Alarm,resistance and exhaustion.

Alarm stage

In the alarm stage your body sends adridinine to your brain. In this stage there is fight or flight. you can fit the stress or run away from it.

Reistence stage

In the body has increased capacity to respond to the stressor. Due to high energetic costs the body cannot maintain high levels of resistance to stress forever.

Exhaustion stage

In the exhaustion stage your body is so exhausted from the stress. You want to go to sleep.

Do you waste time?

If you do you can get a schedule. Or you can spend your time not on video games!
