ECET2 - Why the Movement Matters
Every ECET2 convening is planned by teachers, for teachers with a set of ingredients in mind:
- Nurtures trust among teachers
- Focuses on each teacher’s potential for growth
- Inspires both the intellect and the passion that drives teachers in their work
- Provides time for collaboration and learning
- Puts teachers in the lead
- Recognizes teachers as talented professionals
- Equips and empowers teachers to build the capacity of their peers
- GROW: ECET2KY convenings enable meaningful professional growth and learning among participating teachers.
- COLLABORATE: ECET2KY convenings enable participants to collaborate with peers in their schools, districts, and beyond.
- LEAD: ECET2KY convenings empower teachers to take action in their classrooms, schools, districts, and communities in meaningful ways.
