Walking Field Trip
While enjoying the fall weather, chatting, and observing sights along the way we walked over 11,000 steps on Friday's field trip. The parent volunteers and students enjoyed the beautiful weather as well as our time together to chat and observe our surroundings. Each child either chose a pie pumpkin, a mini pumpkin, or a gourd. The plan is to make pumpkin pie with the pumpkins. However, Jackson said we could only do that if we also had homeade whipped cream!
Publishing Party
The children were very excited, confident, and eager to share their published writing pieces for the quarter. Thank you to all that took the time to listen to the young authors! We can't wait to do it again before Winter Break.

See everyone on Wednesday!
Due to the short week next week next week, we will not have a class library day. However, students will be allowed to return books and check out new ones between 8:25-8:50am each morning. Keep recording your October reading minutes and books.
