Matt's Monday Memo
February 25, 2019
Good morning all.
A reminder to please reach out to families of students that are struggling in the effort to invite them to schedule a conference. They will have already been sent an email notice with a link sign up, while all parents will have access on February 26. All parents will have the option to use times that are unscheduled on either days we are offering conferences this spring. We are hopeful that this format will foster more conversations, most especially with families of students that are struggling. Many thanks to Lauren Maedge, Mickey Erb, Tim Brown, and Dan Broshears for helping with this process. We will move this this phase and apply our learning as we go forward.
Here is the framework for our upcoming conferences in March:
Mar. 12, 2019
4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Scheduled: 4:00-6:30 PM; Walk up: 6:30-8:00
Mar. 13, 2019

Have a great week!
Regards,
Matt
