How long have you been at BBI? This is my 18th year
Where are you from and where did you grow up? Houston, I grew up in the Klein area.
What inspired you to work with children? Not sure; never wanted to do anything else.
What is your favorite book? Ahhhh, too many choices!
What was your favorite subject in school? Tied - social studies and ela.
If you could learn to do one thing, what would it be? Hmmm, play the piano?
If you could have any other career, what would it be? Something with dogs.
Who do you consider your hero? My son
People would be surprised to know… I took voice lessons in high school and considered studying opera!!! (don't sing anymore)

What inspired you to work with children? Adopted 3 children who needed special support in their education.
What is your favorite book? So, so many...maybe the Nightingale
What was your favorite subject in school? Science
If you could learn to do one thing, what would it be? Speak another language
If you could have any other career, what would it be? Author
Who do you consider your hero? Famous (Mother Teresa), Friends/Family (Adona McCloud -Teacher)
People would be surprised to know…I was the first person in my family to graduate from high school.

BBIS General Information
Early morning child care begins at 6:30 a.m. and all students must be enrolled online through the MISD website.
The first bell rings at 7:55 a.m. and the tardy bell rings at 8:00 a.m. The instructional day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 3:10 p.m.
