-4th Grade Writing STAAR Test. Please no parent/guardian visitors for lunch on Tuesday, April 6th due to state testing.
-Pre-K and Kinder Round-Up
-Middle School Instrument Testing. Today and Wednesday.
-Lady Pirate Basketball Camp
-Tattoo Day on Thursday. 25 cents due Thursday morning. Give to teachers.

- May 5th-6th-Kindergarten Roundup at Central Office. (See flyer below for details.)
- May 11th-3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade STAAR Reading State Assessment.
- May 12th-3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade STAAR Math State Assessment.
- May 17th-5th Grade STAAR Science State Assessment.
- May 21st-Olympic Day. More information to come.
- May 24th-Pre-K thru 2nd Grade Awards Day. Times to be announced.
- May 25th-3rd thru 5th Grade Awards Day. Times to be announced.
NEWS FROM OUR NURSE'S CLINIC
Just a reminder for any medications that need to be given at school:
-Parents/guardians must provide all medications.
-All medication must be in the original container, clearly labeled with the student's name, the dosage and/or age appropriate dose of medication and the directions for administration.
-The Medication Request Form must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian.
-Students are not allowed to carry any medication in their backpack for self-administration unless approved by the school nurse and proper paperwork has been completed.
-We are not allowed to give nebulizer treatments for asthma-an inhaler may be kept in the clinic.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the school nurse. We are always happy to help.
