What Is A Volcano?

A volcano occurs when magma tries to break through Earth's tectonic plates, and creates an eruption. Volcanoes are eruptions that occur on some mountains, but not all are always active everyday.

Causes and Impacts of the Environment

The cause of volcanoes is Geological. It is geological, because magma forms under the Earth's surface and erupts through the Earth's crust.

Some of the positive impacts that volcanoes create are: Fertile soil for plants to grow better. How you say? Volcanic ash contains materials beneficial to plant growth. Some negative impacts that volcanoes create are: It can destroy homes and land forms with its super hot magma. Magma is a melting substance that can destroy anything in its path.

This effects the people by them having to evacuate and leave there homes. This also causes the destruction of homes and any type of human creation.

Staying safe when this is occurring is simple evacuate immediately when alerted. Stay on high ground when alerted. Cover your mouth and nose. Wear goggles to protect eyes. Clear roof-tops of ashfall. Avoid driving in heavy ashfall.
