Drives
There are two types of monitors. One is called a Disk Drive and the other is called a Hard Drive.
Hard Drives:
Nearly every desktop computer and sever today contains one or more hard drives. Hard drives are a little machine that stores data inside a computer.
Drives
The second drive is a disk drive
The disk drive is so we can watch a film on the computer. Some computers even have 2 disk drives.
Monitors
monitors are so we can see what we are doing. It is the output, it shows us what we have done to the comupter
Central Processing Unit (CPU)
The CPU is responsible for reading all of the instructions it recieves from hardware components and software programmes running on the computer
Random Access Memory (RAM)
RAM is type of computer memory that can be accessed randomly, that is any byte of memory can be accessed without the preceding bytes. RAM is the most common type of memory found in computers and other devices, such as printers.
Motherboards
A motherboard is one of the main pieces of hardware that make up a computer system.
Inputs and Outputs
The input of a computer is the mouse and keyboard
the output of a computer is the moniter
Touch Screens
A touch screen is an electronic visual display that can detect the presence and location of a touch within the display area.
