Types of Imagery
Visual
Ex: "Big Brother is watching you" - 1984 by George Orwell
Auditory
Ex: "An engine, an engine
Chuffing me off like a Jew.
A Jew to Dachau, Auschwitz, Belsen.
I began to talk like a Jew.

Olfactory
Ex: "I was awakened by the strong smell of a freshly brewed coffee." - Common Internet example
Gustatory
Ex: I brushed my tongue over the sweet, succulent lollipop savoring the taste with every lick. - Me
Tactile
Ex: "I had cut me a long limber horse

Organic
