Step by Step Guide to Coaching
Coaching your Clients through the Arbonne30 Program
Copy the below info and paste it in the notes section of your phone. All you have to do is COPY and PASTE the appropriate info on the correct day to your clients!
Follow up is key!!
It is very crucial to make sure you follow up with
everyone! This is where you build relationships with your clients and they become
potential business builders. Here are example messages to send out to each of your clients throughout the 30 days once they get started. I recommend you text them each morning in the first week and then every 2-3 days for the three weeks following. These are just examples obviously make them personal to your client:
Week before: Hi! I wanted to make sure you received your package and that you have had a
chance to read through the Arbonne30 Flyer I sent to you. Wanted to see if you have any questions? One thing that I've found helps people and actually helps with accountability is if you post on Facebook just a picture of the products and announce that you are getting ready to start a 30 day healthy living program, you can say you are excited or whatever you are feeling and or why you decided to do it. I find it definitely helps with accountability and you never know who you will inspire to make that healthy living change as well! (Make sure to send your clients the sample day picture and the "avoid/include list" picture.)
Saturday before:
Good afternoon! I wanted to make sure you are all set to start tomorrow and to see if you have any questions? Don't forget to take your before pictures even if you do not plan on sharing! Most people regret not taking them by the end of week one! What I normally do is I plan out what I am going to eat for the week and then base my grocery list off of that. I find it easiest to pick 2-3 meals you want to have ready for the week from the meal plans (in the smore link/nutrition guide email) and then think about snacks like veggies/hummus, guacamole, fruits, almonds,
almond butter, brown rice cakes and hard boiled eggs. Roasted veggies and grilled chicken are always a super easy option as well. I usually always buy salad because you can always put chicken/shrimp/fish over it. I will be checking in with you throughout the 30 days but feel free to call or text me too! Also feel free to post about your journey on Facebook to help inspire others and to hold yourself accountable! I know that can be intimidating but I swear people are so much more likely to stick with the program if they put it out there that they are doing it! And

Day 1
It's day one! I hope you are as excited as I am! Good luck today! I know you can do this and achieve great results! Keep a positive mind and focus on the things you can have/eat instead of what you can't. Also be sure to drink plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces)! There are plenty of shake recipes on the email but I wanted to share a couple of my favorites. I love the vanilla with frozen strawberries and almond/coconut milk, or the chocolate with almond/coconut milk, almond butter and ice, OR the vanilla with almond milk, almond butter, ice, and cinnamon. You can also adjust the thickness by adding less or more of the milk and ice. Have a great day one!
Day 2
Good morning! How did day 1 go for you? I want to remind you that the 30 Days to Healthy Living FB page is a GREAT resource so make sure you are checking that out. Day 2/3 can sometimes be the hardest for most people because this is when your body will start to experience withdrawal symptoms from sugar and caffeine...this will pass! Drink plenty of water and take advantage of those fizz sticks!
Day 3
It's Day 3! I hope you are doing well! For many people the fog will start to lift today. That usually happens somewhere between day 3-5. One of the BIG reasons is because of sugar. Most people today are consuming far more than we could ever burn which creates huge insulin surges and signals your body to get rid of it, at which point it stores as fat. I love that this program teaches people how to stop that cycle and once the fog lifts you will experience so much more energy! Keep up the good work and you will be feeling so much better in no time!
Day 4
Day 5 the weekend
Day 5!!! I wanted to check in and see how you are doing? Here are some tips for the weekend. The weekends can be the hardest to stay on track. So make sure you check out the document for “Tips on Eating Out” in the files section of the FB page. Don't go anywhere hungry and always have a shake ready to mix, some fizz, and some healthy snacks. When going to friends houses, offer to bring something healthy that you know is 30 days approved...You really truly can do this everywhere. Its about deciding your GOAL is more important than a temptation!
Saturday Day 6
Happy Saturday! You'll now start to see a pattern in this program. Saturday is the day to start planning for next week. You can check out the Week 2 Menu's from the email link and start getting your grocery list together so you can be prepared for week 2! Sunday is also a day that you can do a weight and measurement check in if you want. We recommend only doing this 1x a week and to not focus too much on the scale but more on the process and program.

Check in and see how they are doing and their results so far. "Wow, you are having great results! Would you be willing to post your testimonial on Facebook and tag me?! I know that can be intimidating but there are always people looking to get healthier and have no idea where to start. You never know who you may inspire! You could really help others get encouraged to get healthier and do it too! It is a very easy way to gain access to the Arbonne referral program where if just 3 people decide to jump in then you can get $425 worth of products for $90! This is such a simple and easy way to continue utilizing the program and products for a fraction of the cost.

Happy Friday! You are almost 3/4 of the way through the program! Remember the weekends can be the hardest but just keep your goal in mind and your eyes on the prize! You are almost there!! So excited to see and hear about your final results!

Week 4 Friday Day 26
Good morning! It's the weekend again! Which is always the hardest for me, but you are almost done the 30 days so try to stick with the program these last couple days! I'm excited to hear about your final results! Keep it up! Also Just a reminder to not go too crazy with your first "splurge meal". Check the group for tips on how to reintroduce foods (if you chose to). After eating so well, your body will probably not tolerate you going back to your old ways- at least not all at once. You should be so proud of yourself!
Check in with client, talk to them about whether they have achieved their program goals.
- if they have NOT achieved their goals, encourage them to order another ASVP and continue in the group, or if they have referred 3 or more people who have purchased offer the host rewards $425 for $90 to purchase the products they need to continue to do the program 100%
Example: "That's still great progress!! What most people do if they haven't completely reached their goals is continue for another month. You have $XX in Preferred Rewards that can be used. Can I get you another set of the products?
- if they HAVE reached their goals
Example "You've done so great!! What most people do at this point is continue using all of the products, except the 7-day cleanse on a regular basis. You just might shift to using one of each item a day instead of two, although I still drink two fizz sticks a day."
Other options for business chat: Send when they are feeling their best (typically around week 2/3)

Day 28 Sunday
Hi! I wanted to check in and see how you are feeling/what is your plans for after the 30 days?
Some people take their "after pictures" today and some wait until Tuesday. If you have achieved your goals you can move into the maintenance phase where you follow the program 80% of the time and have that 20% flexibility or some choose to keep the momentum going for a second round. Do you know what you plan to do?
Day 30
Referral Program Verbiage (if they havent taken advantage yet)
Ask the client to write a short testimonial (If they WON’T share before and after photos) that they can post on Facebook and tag you. Encourage the client to share what they are doing with their friends and remind them that you will give them of the referral program and the people that they may be inspiring, remind them it isn't just about them!
"Your results are amazing!! I wanted to make sure you know we have a awesome referral program where you could get $425 worth of products for $90. I usually encourage people to share their journey and results so far with the program on facebook. I'm sure you would get a lot of interest. You don't have to share pictures if you don't want, (although I highly encourage pictures because they really speak to people) you can just share your results and journey so far. There are so many people looking to be healthier and change their lifestyle but they don't know where to start. You never know who you may be helping :) also it's a win win! They get healthier and you can get a bunch of products at a highly discounted price with our referral program so you have them to keep going too."
Week 5:
Follow up with client, if they are doing the 80/20 program see how it is going. Remember this is a relationship business. So build that relationship with them.
Optional: Send them a RE9 Anti-aging Skincare sample as a thank you/congratulations on completing the program. Not only is it a really nice gesture but it also introduces them to our skincare and really becoming healthy from the inside out! You can also send them some before and after pics of the skincare and/or the RE9 Advanced video (both can be found on the source/through the digital tool kit.
