Farmington View Information
- I'm still working with facilities on our parking/drop-off/pick-up/ issues. Until we make some formal changes, please do not drop off your students in the north parking lot in the morning. We don't have any supervision in the north parking lot and this could become a safety issue. Thank you!
- Farmington View is hosting a MobyMax contest from now until January 4th. All students should have their log-in information. If not, please give us a call.
- A reminder that good school attendance is 95% or better. That's missing less than 8 days for the school year. Here is our current attendance data.
90%-95% = 55 or 18.5%
<90% = 28 or 9.4%
- The Farmington View Book Fair runs from December 7 through December 11.
- We have 15 school days until winter break. Teachers are teaching new concepts during this time. Please have your child at school unless they are ill (fever...) and not start the holidays early.
- The Beginning Band Concert is scheduled for 12/15 from 6:30-7:30. Get this on your calendars now.
- Head Lice Protocol: A few parents have asked about our school's head lice protocol. When a teacher has a concern that a student has head lice, they send them to the office for a screening. If the office finds that a student has lice, the student is sent home for treatment. The office then selects five random students from the class to see if we have an outbreak. If an outbreak occurs, parents will be notified, along with the our district nurse.
