M5 to M6
For the past 3 weeks students have been practicing and refining their volleyball skills that include the forearm pass, setting, serving with rotations and how to keep score. They have done a tremendous job with their effort and focus on each skill to allow them to apply and engage in the game. Congrats all students!
We suggest having a folder just for health class.
A "snack pairing" can be a great combination of one or more ingredients and easy to pack in a lunch. Some examples include:
Celery + peanut butter+ raisins
Apples + string cheese
Frozen grapes + Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese + whole grain toast
