To provide more convenience to parents and eliminate busy paperwork, PLCS Student Return to School Forms are available online. No more completing your name, address and email numerous times on paper. It is now as easy as 1, 2, 3. Return to School paperwork must be completed for your child to be enrolled in PLCS.
