  • Do not send your child to school if anyone in your immediate family is awaiting COVID test results or has COVID symptoms.
  • If the school calls you during the day, please return the call promptly and follow instructions provided by Nurse Kristina or Principal Nichani.

Vision Screening at TMSE for 2nd and 4th grade students

2nd and 4th grade students will be offered a vision screening at school on Monday, March 1. This screening is available to virtual and in-person students. Next week you will receive an information sheet and permission form.



  • In-person students: Please return the permission form to your homeroom teacher by Friday, February 26.
  • Virtual students: Contact Nurse Kristina (kcrow@tusc.k12.al.us) by Friday, February 26 and bring your student to TMSE at 8:30 am on March 1.
