A Note From Administration
Our teachers and have been busy planning to make this summer fun and memorable for our students. Keep an eye out for communications about upcoming events and activities. As always, we are here with any questions or concerns you may have. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Water Day Information
Beginning June 6th, the water days schedule is the following:
Monday: Beginners
Tuesday: Intermediate
Thursday: Pre-K
Friday: Toddler Two
On water days, please remember to bring:
- Dressed in Bathing Suit
- Towel
- Closed-Toe Swim Shoes
- Full Change of clothes
- Closed-Toe Dry Shoes
- Extra Bag for wet items
On water days students will be able to play in sprinklers and small buckets of water and sensory bins. To help our teachers, students should come to school dressed for water day. Please make sure all of your child's belongings are labeled clearly with their first and last name.
Links 2 Home App
We know that summer is a busy time for our families. We want to communicate school happenings as clearly as possible to ensure that no one is left out. Daily reports are sent via email each day, but our Links 2 Home app keeps all school communications in one place and is always accessible. The app also allows you to communicate absences to your child's teacher, leave drop-off notes, and read school notes in detail. We encourage you to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the app today. You will need to login with the email address you use for Alma. Please let us know if you have any issues.
Safe Footwear
Please keep in mind that the safest shoes for children to wear at school are tennis shoes. Sandals, open-toe and slick-soled shoes may not be worn to school. This policy is stated in our Parent Handbook under the Personal Belongings/Clothing section. Please do not allow children to wear flip-flops or open-toed sandals to school. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, our main objective is to protect the children.

Reminders
- Please check your child’s cubby each day for important information from their teachers and the office.
- Parking Lot Safety - Remember to drive slowly and cautiously through our parking lots. There are several small children and their families in the parking lot throughout the day and we want to be sure that everyone is safe! In addition, please so not leave children in the car unattended. It is also important that you do not leave your car running while in our school.
- Tuition Due - Please make sure that your account is current with the tuition cycle. There will be a $25 late fee assessed to all payments made after Tuesday at noon.
We Appreciate The Appreciation!
Thank you to everyone for the wonderful Teacher Appreciation Week that you help to make so very special for the entire staff! The teacher break room was filled with yummy treats and the teachers loved being surprised with the gift cards throughout the week. It means so much to have your support and we couldn't do it without you!
