Stephanie Alcala-Escareal is the the Chief Learning Officer of Convergent Experience, an organization that provides pioneering Learning and Development Solutions to shape individuals and teams to become valuable assets in the organization and the community. She is also a Professor at the Assumption College Makati under the Mother Carmen Graduate School Center and Marie Eugenie School for Innovative Learning.
Her experience spans over 20 years in the field of Learning and Development, Human Resources, and Organization Development, and Education. Her expertise lies in Team Building, Coaching, Personal Effectiveness, and Leadership Development. Steph is a Certified Master Coach under the Behavioral Coaching Institute (International Coaching Council) and Certified Coaching Clinic Facilitator of Corporate Coach U.
Steph is the first Filipino L3 Expert for Points of You.
