And the Winner is...
Wow, a big thank you to everyone who submitted entries to rename our newsletter. There were so many great ones to choose from. We ended up combining two submissions to create the new name. The winning entries were submitted by Kristina Hansen in Student Activities and Christine Lal in Educational Television.
Spring into March with some new tricks!
Quickly move an application or Windows tab to one side of your monitor with just two keystrokes. The is very helpful especially when copying and pasting information from one tab to another.
Here's how: Windows Key + Right Arrow or Windows Key + Left Arrow
1. Select the program, app, or browser window you want to move.
2. Press and hold down the windows button on your keyboard.
3. Press the (right or left) arrow button on your keyboard to move the program, app, or browser window to the side of the screen.
4. Repeat using the alternate arrow key to get a second program, app or browser windows side by side.
Google Calendar
Use the advanced features in Google Calendar to schedule group meetings.
Google Calendar has two powerful features to help you identify when your colleagues are available when scheduling a meeting. This interactive tool will walk you through Find a time and Suggested times.

Changing the Title of a Forwarded Email
There are a number of scenarios in which you might wish to forward an email, but also want to edit the title or subject line. The option to do so in Gmail is available, but hidden. Upon selecting to forward an email, click the arrow to the left of the To field and select Edit Subject from the dropdown.

Spring Architeck Course sign-up has begun
Basic Architeck: The Basic Architeck course is the initial training for the Architeck Content Management System. In this course participants will gain access to their online web presence within the District's web site. Participants will learn how to create their biography page (home page) as well as add additional pages - edit pages - post images -upload documents and more.
Creating Smart Pages in Architeck: This course is not being offered this spring. You can access tutorials for Smart Pages here.
