Atakapan is a language and not really a tribe. There were several tribes, or maybe just bands, who lived in the same geographical area and spoke Atakapan
Food
They ate mostly corn, beans and other things. Also it has been said they were some what cannibalistic.

The woman gathered plants and made cloth. The men went war and protected their families.
Religon
They didn't have a fully out religion and no sources have anything to prove they had any.
Region
They lived in Louisiana and Southeastern Texas and still live there to this day
