Return to Hybrid Jan. 19th!

We are excited to return to remote learning with our students this week! Our goal is to return to in-person hybrid learning with students on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Students who were in in-person hybrid learning the week prior to Thanksgiving (week of November 16th) will continue with in-person hybrid learning on January 19, 2021. Bus arrangements will also resume. All other students will continue with remote learning. Information regarding schedules and times will be coming soon.
Our office staff has called all families Thursday and Friday of this week to verify your choice of hybrid vs. remote learning. If you need to make any changes to the status of your child’s learning model or need to adjust bussing arrangements, please contact our school office.

Student Attendance is MANDATORY!

At Ardmore we have high expectations, and one of our expectations is students attending school every day. Attendance is mandatory, and parents have a responsibility to ensure their child is attending school regularly. We are still following all attendance procedures and policies. However, we understand that it is necessary to be absent from time to time. We ask that you contact the office to make us aware of the absent.

Remote Learners will not be considered "present" if they log on but are not on camera and are not participating. Students that are not showing up, logging in, participating and engaging will be marked absent and, in some cases, truant. In extreme cases of absences or truancy, a home visit will occur by Ardmore staff which could include the Addison Police Department. In extreme cases, students will be reported to the DuPage County Truancy Program.

ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, AND PARENTS HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEIR CHILD ATTEND SCHOOL REGULARLY!
