"A Teen's Friends are a Powerful Influence" -The Los Angeles Times
Friends can be one of the most important things in our lives that influence us to do good or bad things. Drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and so many other factors can be used to influence a teenager. Whether it is to make them feel like they fit in, or because a "friend" told them that they didn't deserve to live, we are surrounded with nasty temptations. Is one drink enough? Will you pass me a smoke? How much do I snort at a time? When you are under the influence, it can cause you to not think straight or do things that you didn't mean to. In some cases, it can lead to a death sentence. We as teens need to learn how to surround ourselves with good influences, not bad.
