Wrapping up W.I.N. Groups

Chinook Staff and Students will be wrapping up our WIN Groups this week. W.I.N. Groups are apart of our overall MTSS instructional structure. W.I.N. groups are 40 minute daily intervention groups where students would rotate to individualized instruction.


Thank you STAFF AND STUDENTS for working so hard this year.


We have completed 4 rotations this year...


  • SEL/Behavior Reset: August 15-August 2
  • W.I.N. Rotation 1: September 19-September 20 (5 weeks)
  • W.I.N.Rotation 2: October 31- December 21 (8 weeks)
  • SEL / Behavior Reset: January 9-20
  • W.I.N.Rotation 3: January 23-March 9 (7 weeks)
  • W.I.N.Rotation 4: March 20-May 12 (8 weeks)


MTSS stands for “Multi-Tiered System of Supports.” This means that on a daily basis, ASD staff work together to support every student academically, behaviorally, and socially based on ongoing needs. Targeted Instruction is called "What I Need" (WIN). Link HERE to read more about the District's MTSS structure.

Fall Lottery Dates for 2023-2024 School Year
Below are important dates for the fall 2023 lottery:

  • April 14 – Parent notifications released April 14 at 5:00 p.m.
  • April 14 – The lottery system will begin accepting applications for the fall 2023-2024 lottery.
  • July 21 – Lottery closes for applications at 5:00 pm.
  • July 25 – Lottery runs.
  • July 28 – Parent notifications of lottery results go out at 5:00 pm.
  • July 28 – Lottery closes to applications until February 2024.
