Message from the Principal...
Happy Fall!
This week we are hoping for cooler weather and the promise of lots of sweet treats in the months to come. Fall is a wonderful time of family, food, and football!
Wilkinson families are so very specials. It has been my joy to spend time with your students and get to know them. I have also enjoyed meeting many of the families.
This year, our newsletter will be shifting to more global campus content instead of the individual grade level updates. Teachers will send/post a weekly at a glance with all class/grade level specific content.
We will be practicing safety drills this week after morning announcements. Your students might have some questions or want to share with you what our safety plan is for each different drill. Please reach out to their teacher if you have any questions.
It is a great day to be a Lion!!!
Stay Well,
Mrs. Stewart
News from our Assistant Principal...Mrs. Summerville
What a great start to the new school year! It has been a pleasure getting to know our students. Now that we are in October, we want to hear your feedback.
If your child is enjoying school, please log on to Parent Access>Communication>Teacher/Staff Achieving Excellence. This is a great way to recognize your child’s teacher for the impact they are making on your child’s life. These letters are sent to the teachers and to Mrs. Stewart and myself, so we can hear how the teachers at Wilkinson are making an impact.
If at any point you have any questions or concerns, we want to hear that too. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
Mrs. Summerville

School Meals
The Federal Government has put in place a meal program for all students. Beginning October 1st, all student meals will be free. We do not have a solid end date for the program, but we are thinking till around December.
If you have an automatic draft set up in School Meals, you will want to turn this off so that you don't continue to add funds to your child's account.
