"A Taste Of Technology", brought to you by iBroadCast EnterPrises. Silicon Valley has been the target, recently, for much of the backlash from many people for not employing minorities and enough women or local citizens. There is culpability there, but how much has the rest on the other cities, states, or even individuals? The United States is quite a large land space filled with many people, Silicon Valley is not solely responsible for the digress of (named) minority populations having active involvement in technology. There simply has not been enough public engagement on the topic for all Americans.

Women currently only represent 13%. This must be remedied for the sake of the entire nation's stability. This country is far behind the rest of the world in innovation or even engagement or our slow internet speeds. In the next three years, our country will feel the impact of this lack of intelligence in the technology field and it will be problematic if we do not do something now. Everyone will be affected!'
