Valentine Grams
This fundraiser allows students to send a heart shaped message to their friends on Valentine's day.
- $.50 buys a Valentine Gram that your child personalizes with their own message and recipient.
- $1.00 buys the Valentine Gram and a rose.
This is a completely voluntary activity and no one is required to buy any. All proceeds help fund Student Council activities.

Valentine Cards:
If you are planning to send Valentine cards with your child, please be sure to send enough for all students in our class as we don’t want any hurt feelings. There are 17 students (12 boys and 5 girls).
Please do not address cards with “To: (classmates’ names)” on the envelopes as it makes passing them out very difficult for the kids as they don’t know how to read everyone’s names. Instead you could use “To a Friend”.
Please do include your child’s name on the cards either written by them (my favorite) or you.
We will be making fun bags in class for the cards to go in, so you don’t need to send in a valentine container.
Candy is NOT required to be a part of your child’s valentines, but may be included if you like.
Please send in all valentines by Thursday, Feb. 11th.
The class has been divided into groups to supply items for our class parties during the year; so, unless you receive a separate note from me, you do not need to send in any other items for the Valentine’s party, other than Valentine cards.
Parents are welcome to come to the party. Please submit your name at Event Guest Sign Up or e-mail Melissa Thompson if you are planning to attend and she will preprint your guest badge (if you have had your driver's license scanned already)> (ThompsonM@lisd.net) (Live link in newsletter and website)
Thank you for your support!!
Please let me know if you have any questions.
