What I'm Reading.... (The •5)
I bought four news books over the Thanksgiving break. There are two that I'm not quite ready to read, but I know I will be soon. My new reads are:
Dare to Lead by Brene Brown
Deep Work by Cal Newport
Beautiful Boy by David Sheff
and
TWEAK: Growing up on Methamphines by Nic Sheff
I have started with Dare to Lead by Brene. I love all her work and have found so much of it valuable in the work we do each day.
"Courage is contagious. To scale during leadership and build courage in teams and organizations, we have to cultivate a culture in which BRAVE work, tough conversations, and whole hearts are the expectations, and armor is not necessary and NOT rewarded."
As soon as I am done with Dare to Lead, I would love to loan it out! Do you need a new book for WIN time?
