Decision Making

When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, action orientated and talented for building team and encouraging. Others see my decision making as can't say no, wishey-washey, and too concerned about others. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well-designed, people oriented collegial settings.

"But in the right side of the brain you have intuition and imagination. Words are not the truth; they indicate the way to go, but you need to go alone, in silence. Symbols have a language that kills the words."

Although I use both right and left side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right ride of my brain. That means I enjoy spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, abstract and conceptual thinking. However, sometimes I need more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

My Personality Type

I have a orange personality type. That means I am fun loving, adventurous and competitive. When I communicate I am fast paced, loud and straightforward. It frustrates me when others are formality, slow paced and go step by step.
