What Time Is It? It's GIRL SCOUT COOKIE TIME!

We're well into Girl Scout Cookie Season. Though we realize our girls were a little disappointed with the response to Saturday's "Walkabout", we did sell 21 boxes! Not bad for a first try when we were competing with 2 Mardi Gras parades and the Senior Bowl!

We have 2 FIRM Cookie Booth dates scheduled.

MONEY DUE
At least 50% of the amount due for the total number of cookies you've taken to date needs to be turned in by Saturday morning to participate in our booth sales. (ie: If you've taken a total of 2 cases, we need payment for 1 case).

UNSOLD COOKIES
If you have cookies you are unable to sell, please contact us by Friday, February 1st. Arrangements can be made to return the cookies to the Troop to be sold during the booth sale.

COOKIE BOOTH PATCH

To earn the special Cookie Booth patch, each girl MUST attend 2 Cookie Booths for the duration of the scheduled time. The total boxes sold during each Booth Sale will be divided among all girls that participate.

COOKIE BOOTH PARTICIPATION
We will require a firm commitment from at least 5 Brownies to continue with our TENTATIVE booth sales. Please RSVP in the comment section for the particular Booth Event on our Facebook page. If you find out your Brownie will be unable to attend, please delete your RSVP comment or follow-up with another comment. We want to give every girl the chance to earn the Cookie Booth Patch (and sell more cookies), but we need to know we'll have plenty of participation.

BOOTH SPACE

Due to space constraints, only 2 parents per booth (in addition to Troop leaders). Reservations for parent "chaperones" can be made on a first come, first served basis by posting under the Booth Event listed on our Troop Facebook page. If something comes up and you find out you will be unable to help "chaperone" a booth, please delete your RSVP comment or post a follow-up comment.

TRANSPORTATION/DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TIMES

Parents are responsible for transportation to and from all Booth Sales. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before our scheduled time. All girls MUST be picked up promptly at the end of our scheduled Booth Sale. Please remember there are other Troops who have booked Booth Sales immediately following ours. We want to get show them the same courtesy we hope to get from Troops scheduled before us.
