The first part of the challenge is simple. Only say positive things. (Even in the car:)
Next, meditate on it and set goals!
Start your day with 5 minutes or so reminding yourself to stay positive and that when problems come, you will deal with them and move on. Also, use this time to set goals for the day. Keep it simple. You could: compliment 5 people, smile more, etc.
Keep track of your progress with voice memos, journaling, or any way you want!
