Chromebook Log-In Glitches and Fixes!
If your child tries to log on the chromebook you picked up and finds another student is still logged in:
Have your child click on the bottom right and sign-out.
Then they can log in with his/her information and password.
If your child is 'locked-out' and the computer is asking for another student's password:
Simply power the computer off.
Hold the power button down for ten seconds then turn it back on.
This should clear the past user and allow your child to sign in.
We are 'All-In' this together!
Thank you for your patience and support.
The Mathews community...students, parents, teachers and staff...a GREAT place to be...even if we are 'remote'.
All stories are free to stream on your desktop, laptop, phone or tablet.

PICKING UP CHROMEBOOKS FOR STUDENTS
How This Will Work...
We wanted to let you know that we have a plan in place in order to distribute Chromebooks to all students who would like one.
On Monday, March 23 we will have a window of time open for all families to drive through in order to pick up one per student if needed.
We are going to ask that families drive through the south carpool lane (By the gym) between the hours of 1 PM and 7 PM.
We are requesting that families please remain in your vehicle the entire time. A staff member will greet you and then check out a specific Chromebook to each student.
Please be prepared to share your student(s) ID number.
Again, this is from 1 PM to 7 Pm this Monday (March 23rd)
If you are unable to drive through on Monday, we will be distributing Chromebooks on Tuesday, March 24 from 9:30-2:30 in the front (west) carpool lane.
On those days we also ask that you remain in your vehicle.
Our hope is to get the majority of our Chromebooks distributed to students on Monday.

North Texas Food Bank
The North Texas Food Bank is encouraging families to fully utilize their Partner Agency network. Their online map at https://ntfb.org/our-programs/get-food-assistance/find-a-food-pantry is updated daily to reflect current available resources. Families can locate food pantries closest to them by entering their zip code.
Meal Assistance
We want to make sure that all students have access to meals during the district’s closure. To get the week started, Plano ISD is providing free grab-and-go breakfast and lunch at SEVEN locations across the district beginning Monday, March 23.
Adjustments to this schedule may be made as needed, so please watch for updated communications and regularly check the Plano ISD website for new information.
Grab-and-go meals will be available for curbside pickup at the following times:
BEGINNING, MONDAY, MARCH 23:
Updated Meal Access for Families:
-New Location Added (Barron Elementary)
-New Hours: Monday - Friday, 11-00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Starting Monday, March 23, hours for the district’s Grab-and-Go Breakfast and Lunch program will change to 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
During this pick-up time, families will be able to get lunch, along with breakfast for the following day. This cuts down on the number of times our families will need to leave home to pick up meals each day.
Also beginning Monday, March 23, Barron Elementary will be added as a new location for meals.
This program serves students attending any Plano ISD school, grades pre-k through 12. Families can pick up meals curbside in the carpool lanes at the campuses listed below. Access to enter the buildings will not be available.
