Lost & Found

Our Lost & Found box is so full it's bursting at the seams. All this week, we will have the Lost & Found box outside in front of the school during parent pick up and drop off times. If your child is missing any items, please feel free to rummage through it to collect your missing item. All unclaimed items will be donated be donated on Monday, 4/19.

Please make sure that students get a good night’s rest and are ready to take their assessments. These test scores impact our overall school performance grade of an “A” as well as guide the school team in the future planning of academic success for ALL of our students.


Students who arrive late on their testing day will unfortunately will not be able to immediately go to their classroom as testing will have already begun.

Important School Calendar Update

Our GPS Governing Board approved new school calendars for the 2022/23 and 2023/24 school years.


Click below to view these new calendars. Please note these new calendars include two weeks of vacation for fall break, winter break, and spring break, which is a change from previous calendars.


These changes will take effect starting with the 2022/23 school year. There are no changes to the 2021-2022 calendar.

Someburros Fundraiser, April 21!

Save the date, PTSO has one more restaurant night planned to end this year strong.

Join us in supporting Harris Elementary, by stopping by the Someburros off of Stapley and Baseline on Wednesday April 21! Dine in or carry out any time from open to close, mention Harris and they will give back %30 of the sale.
