KEEP CALM ~ It’s almost spring break!
Thank you for teaching students the value of making small improvements on a daily basis ~ in their academics, extracurriculars, and citizenship. Your positive influence is a guiding force for the students in SHISD!
I hope you have plans for an awesome spring break including taking some time for yourself to relax and rejuvenate.
Board Meeting Notes, March 4, 2024
The Superintendent report included the following:
Student recognition for the wonderful accomplishments of our students this past month
Panther Basketball finished the season as Area Champions! Several team members received All-District honors. Congratulations to the basketball team, Coach Jared Isenhour, and assistant coaches!
Lady Panther Basketball team members received All-District recognition for their achievements this season. Congratulations to the Lady Panthers, Coach Taylor High, assistant coaches!
Congratulations to our Powerlifting Regional Qualifiers and Coach Stuart Proctor!
Shout out to the High School band and directors. The band earned 71 first division medals at the Region 4 UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest and had 42 students qualify for State!
Congratulations to Mr. Christian Fennell and the high school theater department for their awesome performance of Crimes of the Heart at One Act Play! Four students received individual honors at the competition.
Thank you to Mr. Toby Pleasant for the facilities update on the auditorium project.
Recognition of the Spring Hill ISD maintenance staff and all of their hard work. Thank you for everything you do!

Maintenance Worker Appreciation Day
March 1 was Maintenance Worker Appreciation Day. We appreciate our maintenance staff and all of their hard work. Thank you for everything you do!
March Is National Athletic Training Month
Spring Hill ISD would like to recognize our athletic trainers for their commitment to helping our Spring Hill athletes prevent injuries and stay healthy. Athletic Trainers serving Spring Hill ISD are Tiffany Emerson, Derek Reed, and Kennedy Gladding. We appreciate you!
Music In Our Schools Month
This March we are celebrating our music educators and the impact music education has on the lives of our students as part of Music In Our Schools Month.
Professional Development
Spring Hill employees took part in staff development on Friday, February 16. Time was scheduled for a variety of topics including curriculum planning, safety presentations, technology training and a New Teacher Academy. Professional development days are scheduled throughout the year to ensure you have access to the tools and training needed to be effective in your roles.

One to One Plus
Spring Hill ISD utilizes the One to One PLUS ticketing system for Technology, Maintenance, Transportation, and Auditorium requests. The link to sign in is on SHISD.net under the "Employees" tab in the upper right of the site.
Once you get to the sign-in page you simply select "Sign in with Google"
You then select "Help Desk" and then "Submit Ticket" from the left-hand side of the margin and see the following options to submit a request to Technology Ticket, Maintenance Ticket, Transportation Request, Auditorium Reservation, or Door Schedule Request:
From here you simply fill in the information requested. Some fields are required and some are not. The more information you can supply, the easier it will be for the departments to complete your request.
