If you would like to screenshot an image from your computer to make a Seesaw Activity, you can do it easily using these shortcut keys on the MacBook.

To screenshot the entire screen, hold down these buttons at the same time:
  • SHIFT + COMMAND + 3
To screenshot part of the screen, hold down these buttons:

  • SHIFT + COMMAND + 4
  • Then select the part of the screen that you want captured using the trackpad


These images will save to the desktop and are easily grabbed and uploaded as a template image in Seesaw Activities for students to write on, add labels, and more.
