Other News

Parent University

Rather than traditional Parent Information Nights, as we have hosted in the past, we are hosting Parent University. This event will contain a variety of sessions that include social emotional support for learners, media safety, Education 3.0, the standards-based report card, bullying (what it is and what it isn't), Restorative Practices, and more! We are finalizing this event, so be on the lookout for more information. You won't want to miss it!

Don't worry! You can still get the information you want from Parent Information Nights. Each teacher or team of teachers have created videos with all the information you need! Be sure to check them out!

Volunteer Background Checks

If you plan to attend a field trip with your child or help in your child’s classroom this year, then you will be required to pass a background check. The background check is free and can be found at https://www.misd.gs/Domain/398. The process can take up to 3 weeks, so please do not wait until field trips are scheduled to complete this process.

Raptor

We have an updated Raptor Software System and all of the previously scanned driver’s licenses have been erased. What does that mean for you? All visitors to campus will have to have their license rescanned this school year. You may have your license scanned any time.
