Don't Stop the Learning!
This week's Google Classroom post was in the form of a Choice Board. It is exactly what it sounds like : choices. Different activities--choose at least one or as many as you wish or all--to tweak the brain cells.
There are many activities and experiences posted in various Classrooms, Facebook pages, and Clever apps, and it is your decision what to pursue. I am encouraging our students to partake in what makes your heart happy. Don't stop reading!
If you wish to finish reading the Sequoyah masterlist titles, please do so. The Epic app is available through Clever, you may use the Overdrive app and your public library card, or your personal favorite reading app(s) to access those titles. Fill out the Sequoyah reading form in Classroom for each title you read. If you complete all titles, you will get prizes when school reconvenes (hopefully this fall).
Please continue your coding. Our apps in Clever will log you in. When you finish a level in code.org, send me the certificate then go to the next course and work your way through the self-paced lessons. Attached is a parent letter for Kodable. While we are on remote learning mode, all Kodable lessons are accessible. CodeSpark, Scratch, and Scratch Jr. are also available.
