It's Black History Month!! Please mark your calendars to join us on Thursday, February 28th for our Black History Celebration. It's going to be a wonderful event!!!

Title I Black History Performance: Dreams Begin with Dreamers
Please come out and join us on Thursday, February 28th at 6:15PM in the Panther Cafe (cafeteria) for a Title I Parent Presentation on how the arts impact our scholar achievement. Following that presentation, you will hear from our scholars and see them perform a Black History Performance called "Dreams Begin With Dreamers".
It will be educational, informative and entertaining as we feature important African American figures in our history, such as Mae Jemison, George Washington Carver, Michael Jackson, Mohammed Ali and more. Please join us!!!

Changes in Dismissal
ALL CHANGES IN DISMISSAL MUST BE IN WRITING!!!
We will NOT take any changes of dismissal over the phone at any time for any reason!!
You MAY submit a change of dismissal by completing a Change of Dismissal form and sending to the Front Office or your child's teacher that morning. No changes of dismissal will be accepted after 12 noon.

Student Uniforms
Village Elementary is a mandatory unified dress code school. For security reasons, it is expected that all students are in uniform, Monday through Friday with the exception of designated school spirit days which will be announced ahead of time. The student dress code guidelines outlined in the Code of Student Conduct will be enforced. Repeated violations of the dress code may result in A REFERRAL FOR DEFIANCE OF AUTHORITY.
