Technology Upgrades - All Programs (including Project Choice and Day Treatment Programs)
- Common Classroom for each building
- All certified staff received and are using iPads
- Whiteboards or Smart Boards installed in every classroom including Project Choice
- Projectors all installed - classrooms waiting for cables, etc.
- Left to complete: Apple TV installation, wireless in Project Choice Sites
- Goal: Have all four iPad carts to the buildings and operational by December break
- Technology Committees in each building are planning PD
- Outstanding services and assistance from TMS Staff - all positive feedback regarding technology roll-out

Goat Rodeo
The term 'goat rodeo' refers to a chaotic event where many things must go right for the situation to work, a reference to the unusual and challenging aspects of blending classical and bluegrass music. Yo-Yo Ma described a goat rodeo, saying, "If there were forks in the road and each time there was a fork, the right decision was made, then you get to a goat rodeo."
