Happy 2021! Let me introduce you to the new and improved Puma Weekly for 2021. Please take time to read the information in this newsletter. It is my hope that the information contained in this document will help inform, guide and support school instruction and operations in an "all you can use" format. RCSP 2020-21 School Profile
IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU CAN USE!
Breakfast Process - Starting Tuesday, January 19, 2021, Ms. Risi and her team will return to serving breakfast is served from 7:15-7:30 am. Students will eat in the Cafeteria and then go directly to class. Students will not bring food back to the classroom. Students coming in with breakfast from outside sources will need to go into the Cafeteria. We sent a message out via School Messenger to parents reminding them of the breakfast time and the expectation that students are in class and ready to begin instruction at 7:45 am (5-8) and 8:00 am (K-4).
School Professional Dress Code
No Jeans (exception "Spirit Days"), jeggings or sweatpants. School shirts must follow the the dress code and must logoed. Monday - Royal Blue, Tuesday - Gray, Wednesday - Purple, Thursday - Teal, and Friday - Black.
School Passes
If you are sending students to a destination outside of your classroom, they must have a hall pass - NO EXCEPTIONS. If a student is seen in the hallway without a pass, they will be sent back to class. All students must be accounted for and supervised at all times.
PTO Process - Please ensure you send an email indicating the date of your PTO to Mr. Humphrey, Ms. LeCompte, Ms. James, Ms. Hines, Team Leader, Ms. Bell and Ms. Russell. In addition, complete the white PTO form (Submit 2 weeks in advance) and the blue form for emergency PTO. Then place it in ADP. Please be advised that Administration reserves the right not to approve any last minute PTO forms.
